Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using our services at AcDarcy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.
Description of Services:
Acdarcy provides automotive electrical services including but not limited to the installation of shore power systems, dual batteries, solar panels, roof hatches/fans, and driving/working lights. These services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services without prior notice.
Payment and Billing:
A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of quotation to secure build slot.
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, or other agreed-upon methods of payment. Any additional costs incurred during the service will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
Quotations:
The prices, quantities and delivery time stated in any quotation are not binding on the Company. They are commercial estimates only which the Company will make reasonable efforts to achieve.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Customers may cancel services at any time before the work begins. Refunds for cancelled services will be provided according to the terms agreed upon during the cancellation process.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle and its electrical needs. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in proper working condition and complies with all legal requirements before services are performed.
Limitation of Liability:
AcDarcy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services provided.
Indemnification:
Customers agree to indemnify and hold AcDarcy harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of our services or any violation of these Terms of Service.
Warranty:
There is a 12 month warranty on workmanship and parts supplied by Acdarcy off grid systems.
Any worked carried out by the customer or another Electrician will void any warranty.
Chargers, monitors, inverters and batteries warranty can be assisted by Acdarcy to rectify unless supplied by customer. Faulty customer supplied parts may incur a service fee for inspection and testing by Acdarcy off grid systems.
Any faulty fridges, lights and appliances etc, should be dealt directly with the manufacturer of the product. We are happy to assist if any appliances are faulty and will guide you to the manufacturers service & warranty.
Unreasonable usage causing damage or default is not included.
Governing Law:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms:
Acdarcy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
